We will host your site on a dedicated WordPress server guaranteeing page speed optimisation for SEO (to include an HTTPS secure site and notification of security and plug in issues only).

Response time
For urgent problems the response time is normally within 1 hour, non-urgent, within 24 hours. Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm. Emails and phone messages are checked regularly at evenings or weekend for urgent enquiries. If it’s urgent then we will contact you ASAP outside of our working hours. Content updates will be scheduled in accordingly.
